Project Description: The project involves an audiovisual system upgrade of 6th floor boardroom at 625 Fisgard St. The Capital Regional District’s audiovisual technology is sub-par by today’s standards. We are inviting submissions to design and build the new system to improve the hybrid meeting experience for those attending in-person and online.

Mandatory Information Meeting:
A mandatory information meeting will be held at the 6th floor boardroom at 625 Fisgard Street, the purpose of the meeting is for a general review of the existing site and proposed work and to respond to questions from Proponent.
