The CRD is seeking to prequalify vendors for a subsequent procurement process respecting:

 The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking a contractor for civil works at Hartland Landfill, including but not limited to: utility work, geotechnical and pipe system work, drainage and site works, installation of piping for leachate, storm water, sewer, and landfill gas systems, aggregate production using a mobile cone crusher, road maintenance and repair, landscaping, earth moving activities, and other civil services as needed to support Hartland Operations. The work will be on an "as needed" basis, with no guaranteed minimum, as required by CRD to support CRD’s Parks, Recreation & Environmental Services (PRES) Hartland Landfill Operations.
