The Capital Regional District (“CRD”) invites detailed proposals from proponents (the "Proponents") in strict accordance with these Proposal Documents. The proposals will be evaluated for the selection of a preferred proponent with the intent to negotiate to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) to provide the services described in Appendix “A”.

The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD”, invites Proposals for consulting services related to the Architectural and Engineering Design for the Panorama Recreation Centre Changeroom Expansion project, as outlined in Appendix A.

The District reserves the right to award in whole or in part. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without further competition.

A Contract will not necessarily result from this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).

At the time of issuance of this RFP a non-mandatory meeting has been scheduled as follows:
