The Capital Regional District (CRD) and City of Victoria (City) invite submissions from companies and individuals (Proponents) with the experience, expertise, and capacity to develop a Regional Disaster Debris Framework (Framework) and a Common-use Disaster Debris Management Plan for the CRD, and a Disaster Debris Management Plan specific to the City (Plans).
The scope of work for the CRD Framework will include:

2. Project Engagement Sessions and Field Work3. Project Training Sessions
The scope of work for the City-specific Plan will include:
The Consultant will be responsible for creating the City-specific Disaster Debris Management Plan with consideration for the City’s Zero Waste Victoria plan that prioritizes reuse and recycling options for materials.

3. Project Training Sessions
The scope of work for the CRD Common-Use Disaster Debris Management Plan will include editing the City-specific Disaster Debris Management Plan to omit City-specific details and generate a Common-use Disaster Debris Management Plan, which interfaces with the Framework, that can be used by other municipalities within the CRD.
