Kinetic reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to request references for any bidder. Refer to the Supplemental Specifications and Scope of Work for additional requirements and clarifications. The Supplemental Specifications and Scope of Work are to be read into and form a part of the Drawings and Specifications and Tender Documents for the project and the whole shall constitute part of the Contract Documents. All requirements indicated on the drawings, specifications and addenda are to be included as part of the Work; however, the General and Supplementary Conditions and Scope of Work may include additional requirements over and above those of the drawings and specifications. Review all sections of the specifications to determine the requirement for submittals such as shop drawings, samples, mockups and engineered drawings. All requirements contained within the tender documents are to be included in the bid. No claims for extras will be accepted unless exclusions are clearly and specifically identified in the Contractor’s bid. The Bidder is to report any discrepancies prior to submitting the bid.
