This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by Capital Regional District (“CRD”).  The CRD is planning to develop a Liquid Waste Strategic Plan to set Regional commitments and priorities prior to updating the Core Area and Saanich Peninsula Liquid Waste Management Plans.  The CRD is seeking input from experienced and knowledgeable practitioners to inform the framework required to define a clear and comprehensive scope of work for the LWSP Request for Proposals.
