The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following:

Construction of the Mill Hill Headquarters HVAC system upgrade. This will involve the demolition and disposal of existing furnace components, the supply and installation of new mechanical and electrical equipment, and all associated testing, commissioning, and start‑up activities. The contractor will also be responsible for providing training to staff on the operation of the retrofitted HVAC system. The work will include the preparation of shop drawings and as‑constructed documentation.
