DESCRIPTION:

The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD”, invites Proposals for the supply of Professional Engineering Services to provide investigation, reporting, and design for new Electrical, Instrumentation Control upgrades for the following Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) water treatment plants.

This proposal is for three separable portions of work, which may be awarded as a package or individually:

  1. SSI 2026-004 (1) Beddis Water Treatment Plant E&IC Investigation and Design.
  2. SSI 2026-004 (2) Fulford Water Treatment Plant E&IC Investigation and Design.
  3. SSI 2026-004 (3) Beddis Water Treatment Plant E&IC Investigation and Design.

Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without a further competition.
