Project Description:

Durwest Construction Management Inc., acting as Construction Managers for the Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) – Village On The Green Affordable Housing Redevelopment Project, invites tender submissions for the following Contracts:

06 22 00 Countertops & Wood Panels.

The overall project consists of Two Six-Storey Multi-Family Residential Buildings with an underground common parkade located at 1132 & 1138 Johnson Street, Victoria BC. Bidders must complete the tender documents as provided by Durwest Construction Management Inc. Tenders must be submitted by email ONLY no later than 3:00 P.M. local time, Friday, December 19th , 2025. Tenders received after this time will not be accepted.
