The overall project consists of Two Six-Storey Multi-Family Residential Buildings with an underground common parkade located at 1132 & 1138 Johnson Street, Victoria BC.
Bidders must complete the tender documents as provided by Durwest Construction Management Inc. Tenders must be submitted by email ONLY no later than 3:00 P.M. local time, Monday, July 28th, 2025. Tenders received after this time will not be accepted.
